The Process
Initial Communication
Identifying the client’s human resource requirements and analysing the terms and conditions.
Job Order
Preparation of the Job Order by the client and authentication by the Sri Lankan Embassy/ Consulate of the respective country.
SLBFE Approval
Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment approval.
Sourcing Candidates
Sourcing suitable candidates from our CV bank and initiating advertisement campaigns on social, electronic and print media platforms.
Shortlisting Candidates
Initial review and shortlisting of candidates by our experienced panel of reviewers and interviewers.
Interview
Final Interview by the foreign principal/ client (Physically in person or virtually done remotely.
Selection
Final selection done by the foreign principal/ client.
Offer Letter
Acceptance of Offer Letters/ Employment Contracts by the selected candidates.
Visa
Compiling documents required for the Visa process and initiating the Visa process by the foreign principal/client.
SLBFE Final Approval
Obtaining final approval from the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment and endorsement.
Mobilisation
Candidate deployed for employment.

Salaries

Accomodation
Preferably be provided free of charge by the Client
Transport
Preferably be provided free of charge by the Client
Working Hours
08 hours per day / 06 Days per Week, Extra hours of working shall be calculated as over time.
Leave & Holidays
One day per week shall be given off and entitled to 21 days paid leave on completion of a period of (12) twelve months.
Period of Contract
Preferably least two Years and Renewable.
Air Ticket
Joining air ticket as per client’s policy and return air ticket after completion of the Contract.
Visa / Permit
The Cost of the Visa and Resident Permit shall be borne by the client
Medical Facilities
Provided free of charge by the Client
Food Allowance
Food Allowance or Free Food (03 Meals) is preferred
Our Service Fee
Negotiable
