It is a great honour and a privilege to write this message to you. I began my career in 1994, I have extensive experience in talent acquisition and head hunting and international recruitment. I set out my own mark in the field, launching Worldwide Recruiting Agency [WRA] in July 2011. We took a significant step forward by transitioning to a private limited company as “Worldwide Recruitment Agency (Pvt) Ltd in January 2024.

I have received specialized training through the “Promoting Ethical Conduct and Professionalizing the Recruitment Industry in Sri Lanka” project, led by the International Labour Organization and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). This training enhances the value we bring to WRA and our business practices.
Additionally, as a member of the International Lions Clubs, I have served in various capacities at both club and district levels. I am deeply passionate about social welfare and community development in rural areas, actively engaging in projects initiated by the club.
We collaborates with recruitment agents in neighboring countries such as India, Nepal, and Bangladesh, boosting our ability to deliver demanding human resource requirements for WRA’s distinguished portfolio of clients.
