Mr Yogeswaran, counting over three decades of extensive exposure to talent acquisition, headhunting and overseas recruitment, embarked on his career in 1994. After serving several entities specialising in mobilising human capital for 17 years, fortiked with a wealth of knowledge, experience and connections, he ventured out to create his own footprint in the industry, thus establishing Worldwide Recruiting Agency (WRA) in July 2011.
Committed to contributing towards wealth creation among the Sri Lankan people, thereby bringing economic growth to his country, Mr Yogeswaran is persistent in serving the overseas recruitment industry in Sri Lanka to expand the Sri Lankan talent footprint in the international job market. In this endeavour, he continues to forge lasting business relationships with overseas entities in partnering as a recruiting agent to secure outstanding human capital to kll gaps in their talent pools.
In his endeavour to serve his clients beyond their expectations, Mr Yogeswaran works collectively with recruiting agents in neighbouring countries such as India, Nepal and Bangladesh, thereby enhancing his capacity to deliver challenging Human Resource requirements of WRA’s esteemed portfolio of clients.
Mr Yogeswaran has undergone special training under the project “Promoting Ethical Conduct and Professionalising the Recruitment Industry in Sri Lanka”, spearheaded by the International Labour Organisation and the Swiss Agency for Development and Corporation (SDC), adding value to WRA and how we conduct business.
He is a member of the International Lions Club and has held offce in numerous capacities at international and district levels. Mr Yogeswaran is extremely passionate about social welfare and community development in rural settings and actively engages in the projects initiated by the club.
